- Lead and manage culinary team for food preparation and culinary activities
- Develop and plan restaurant menus
- Manage food costing and inventory
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
