Job Description Job duties:
- Clean and prepare meats and poultry for sale
- Cut poultry and meat into parts
- Display and pack meats into parts
- Grind and slice meats and poultry using grinder and slicer
- Weight, price and sell meats to customers
- Take special cutting and preparing orders from customers
