Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Clerk (NOC: 6525)

Work Location: 50865 Trans Canada Hwy, Boston Bar, BC V0K1C0

Wage: $15.25 per hour; 35 hours per week

Number of positions: 1

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

• Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms
• Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services
• Offer information regarding features of rooms, services of hotel
• Represents the first point of contact with guests
• Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay
• Attend to group arrivals and departures
• Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services
• Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns
• Keeping record of room reservations and availability

Job Description Job Requirements/Skills:
-Completion of high school is required
-Knowledge of English language is required
- Previous work experience in a similar field will be an asset
