Job Title: Hotel Supervisor (NOC: 6313)

Work Location: 50865 Trans Canada Hwy, Boston Bar, BC V0K1C0

Wage: $22.00 per hour; 35 hours per week

Number of positions: 1

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of hotel front desk clerks to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units
• Co-ordinate work with other departments in hotel
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and hotel policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work

Job Description Job Requirements/Skills:
-Completion of high school is required
-Knowledge of English language is required
-Must have at least one year of work experience in a similar field.
