Job type: Full time, permanent (30 hours per week)

Job duties:
-Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff at the store.
-Prepare their work schedules/shifts and assign them job duties.
-Inform sales personnel and customers about telecommunication contracts, promotional offers, best deals/discounts and cell phone plans.
-Keep a check on inventory level of cell phones and accessories to avoid over stocking or under stocking.
-Attend customers and perform sales to gain more business.
-Maintain a record of payments received; cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
-Resolve client complaints and provide excellent customer service.
-Coordinate flow of information.

Job Description Job requirements:
-Completion of high school education is required.
-Must have at least one year of work experience in a similar field.
-Knowledge of English language is required.
-Must be confident and have a positive attitude.
