• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Vacancy: One (1)
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: $26 per hour
• Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Benefit: 4% vacation pay / Free meals at work and tips

Job Duties
• Hire, train and develop all restaurant staff and conduct performance reviews
• Direct, organize, direct, evaluate, and implement operational procedures of the Restaurant
• Ensure health, safety regulations and provincial liquor legislation are followed
• Control and order food and beverage supplies, inventory and monitor food preparation and methods
• Provide customer service and resolve customers’ complains or concerns
• Plan, maintain and arrange with suppliers for food, inventory and other supplies
• Organize of marketing plans such as special restaurant events, promotions
• Develop marketing strategies with utilizing social media networks
• Maintain schedules, payroll and balance cash
• Perform administrative support to develop budgets and to complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Monitor revenues and cost products, services
• Be able to work shifts (day, evening, night and/or weekends)

Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast paced food service environment is an asset
