We are looking for a quality control technician to work in Cornwall.

Under the supervision of the Sanitation Quality Assurance Lead and/or the Sanitation Supervisor, the Sanitation Quality Assurance Technician is responsible to perform inspections, checks, tests of chemical titration, and sampling procedures of soap and sanitizer, inspect parts and components used in the sanitation. He or she also have to perform review of documentation and pre-op records for start-up and follow up on completion of frequency and dismantling.
Job Description Tasks Description:

Conducting daily inspection from the start-up of the sanitation crew activities until the start-up the production;
Keep the control of all the sanitation documentation and process from start-up to end of the shift;
Prepare on time internal reports and do the necessary follow-up;
Train and coordinate the training of the employees on GMPs and the proper application of the sanitation procedure;
Do the follow-up of the internal HACCP documentations;
Perform inspections of all sanitation equipment, materials and products;
Do a routine and documented inspection of the tools that the sanitation crew brings on the floor in order to meet GMP compliance;
Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing;
Maintain all controlled document files and records in a timely and accurate manner;
Do regular follow up and audit of sanitation procedures and maintain a file for change control;
Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the sanitation program
Assist the Sanitation Director and the Supervisor in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists;
Evaluate problems found in the pre-op and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action and address root causes of problems;
Perform monitoring task of Health and Safety rules on the floor and analyze the trending for preventive action;
Conduct regular inspection over proper wearing of protective gear and personal equipment;
Participate in investigation analysis for any incident that happens at the plant;
Perform chemical concentration testing for all diluted chemicals and accurate document of all data;
Maintain working areas clean, organized, and stocked with titration kits and chemical reagents;
Maintain and update (as needed) the sanitation protocol, cleaning procedures and frequency schedules with a focus on continuous improvement;
Maintains and completes the various reports required;
Follow up on the policies of the company in alignment with the Mission, Vision and core Values of CLEAN International;
Complete all other duties and projects as assigned by Sanitation Director and Supervisor;
If whenever necessary, help the crew on the floor in the cleaning of the plant.



Schedule :12am to 7 am (Sunday-Friday OR Monday-Thursday)
