Job Location: 2052 Kingsway Vancouver, British Columbia V5N 2T3 Canada

Wages: $25.00/Hour

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Positions Available: 2

Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook full course Vietnamese meals.
-Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods like soups, stocks, meat, seafood etc.
-Determine size portions ensuring least wastage.
-Instruct and train staff in preparation of dishes when required.
-Keep work place and kitchen area clean and hygienic.
-Follow sanitation procedures.
-Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day.

Job Description Job Requirements:
-Minimum one year of previous Vietnamese cooking experience required.
-Must have high school education.
-Basic knowledge of English language is required.
-Vietnamese language will be an asset.

Benefits:
Retention bonus of $500.00 will be paid on completion of one year of employment.
