Job Description Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills:
Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Take customers' orders, Package take-out food, Portion and wrap
foods, Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Address customers'
complaints or concerns; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Establish methods to meet work
schedules

Specific Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control,
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Work Setting:
