To prepare all types of Indian Sweets like Burfi, Rasgulla, Gulab Jaman, Jalebi, Laddu, Gajrella, Rasmalai, Chum Chum, Badana, kaju barfi, Petha, Shakar Pare, Matri,  Kalakand etc. to be used daily in dinner and Buffet.
Prepare in Bulk all sweets at the time of Indian Festivals
