Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook in a restaurant is required

Job Description Job duties:
- Make soup, boil noodles and prepare ingredients for Japanese Ramen noodle with minimal supervision;
- Prepare, cook, and present Japanese style deep fried dishes such as Takoyaki, Karaage, and Age Gyoza using deep fryer with minimal supervision;
- Plan menus and determine size of food portions and presentation of food;
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and order them as needed;
- Estimate food requirements and costs;
- Train/Supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
- Clean and Inspect kitchen and work areas
