Job Description Specific Skills:
• Oversee Food Service, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and delivery of food orders;
• Supervising and checking the assembly of pizzas and other food items;
• Order ingredients and supplies required for pizza preparation;
• Monitor weekly work schedules, ensuring that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators;
• Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage;
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres;
• Ensure that employees follow Papa Johns and local rules, policies and regulations relating to food safety, fire and hazard safety, and security;
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
