Salary: $16.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualification:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook is required;
- Work experience in cooking Japanese cuisine is an asset

Job Description Job duties:
- Prepare and cook stock and soup with chicken, pork and vegetables for ramen dishes and other dishes following the recipes;
- Boil ramen noodles;
- Make and present ramen dishes;
- Prepare and make toppings for ramen dishes;
- Prepare, cook and present other side dishes such as Karaage and Donburi dishes;
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances upon request;
- Maintain inventory and records of ingredients, foods and supplies;
- Clean and organize kitchen and work areas;
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
- Ensure quality of dishes based on the quality standard of TOUHENBOKU
