Job Details The Main is having a facelift! We are looking for a permanent, full-time, Greek Food Cook.

Several years of relevant work experience?
Your duties:
• Prepares and cooks Greek specialty dishes; gyros, mezzes (appetizers), souvlaki platters and more…
• Preparing meat for Greek style gyros
• Maintains orders and supplies
• Assist planning menus
• Assist hiring and training kitchen staff
• Inspects and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
• Ensures freshness of food and ingredients, check for quality and maintain ongoing standards

Position requires shift work (morning, afternoon, late night closing, and/or weekends)
Education: High School preferably completion of 3-year cooking training program
Position is full-time 40hr/permanent. $17 per/h
Experience: Several years of proven experience in a similar setting.
