Job Duties:
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Handle emergency situations
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of the pool attendants
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Resolve work related problems
• Monitor quality and production levels
• Oversee cleaning of difficult items
• Assist guests with special needs
• Clean and maintain the water park and pool area
• Rent water park and pool equipment
• Oversee water park and pool activities and ensure safety and comfort of pool guests
• Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, and reservations
• Water park and pool maintenance
• Ensure that guests adhere to all safety rules
• Serve as a backup lifeguard if necessary

Requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary education is required
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a pool attendant or as a supervisor in a related field is required
- Swimming ability is required
- Ability to supervise at least 2 people per shift
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding
- Personal suitability: Flexibility, Judgement, Reliability, Client focus, Initiative

Salary: $24.00 to $26.00 hourly, 30 to 35 hours per week

Important Information: Must have flexible availability – weekends and holidays. Work schedule will include shifts of 5 to 8 hours per day for 4 to 6 days a week based on the business’ needs with afternoon, evening and night shifts within 1:00 PM up until 9:00 PM. Days off on a rotational basis. Overtime may be required
