Job Description Job Duties:
-Responsible for efficient scheduling and adjusting time-o? request for front desk staff, massage
therapists, and estheticians
-Responsible for the development, hiring & training
-Order retail and professional products as needed; manage current inventory on all products
-Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff
-Oversee implementation of corporate protocols
-Manage and prioritize client satisfaction through exemplary professionalism and positive guest relations
-Maintain communication with staff to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the business
