Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC: 6311)

Work Location: 5000 Cordova Way, Fort Nelson BC Canada V0C 1R0

Wage: $15.50 per hour; 40 hours per week

Number of positions: 4

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Job Duties:

Supervise & coordinate activities of food counter attendants, bakers and other workers at restaurant.
Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants, etc. and set work procedures.
Estimate & order restaurant supplies; breads, bagels, tim bits, vegetables, sauces, soups etc and maintain adequate level of inventory.
Provide training to staff in their job duties when required.
Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
May assist in hiring & training staff.
Maintain records of stock, expenses, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Oversee and respond to customer concerns and resolve employee concerns.

Job Description Job Requirements/Skills:

Completion of high school is required
Knowledge of English language is required
Minimum of two years of work experience required in a similar field.
Must be prepared to work under pressure
