Job duties:
• Advise and assist in developing weekly/daily work plan with Farm owner.
• Training, scheduling and oversee activities of farm workers.
• Conduct seeding, spraying, harvesting, grading and storage operations of Blueberry, Duke Berry and Draper blueberry.
• Ensuring farm safety protocols are followed.
• Maintaining production records.
• Performing general farm duties as required.

Job Description Job requirements:
• Must have one year of farming work experience
• High school education is required
• Basic knowledge of English language is required
