Job Description Job Duties:
? Supervise & co-ordinate staff activities.
? Schedule shifts for other staff like sandwich makers, etc. and set work procedures.
? Estimate & order restaurant supplies like breads, sauces, veggies etc.
? Provide training to staff in their job duties when required.
? Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
? May assist in hiring & training staff.
? May have to take customer orders and perform duties of a sandwich artist when required.

Job Requirements:
? Completion of high school education is required.
? Minimum one year of previous work experience required in a similar field
? Must have knowledge of English language
