Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: $15.00 Hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:
Responsible for supervision of staff to meet requirements
Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the company’s standards
Order merchandise
Maintain specified inventory and supply shortage
Maintain and monitor all appropriate reports including closing till worksheet according to standards
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Analyze the Client’s concern and present options to solve their issue
Organize and distribute staff work schedules
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year or higher work experience
