Job Description Job duties;
- Lead and direct the team to ensure the smooth operation of motel functions and customer services
- Performs all duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
- Handle the booking and reservation duties and resolves issues if there are any complaints, especially about the quality of services delivered by the staffs.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Order equipment and supplies when needed, in order to prevent any potential shortage of inventory
- Ensure optimal operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
