Job Description Duties:

• Will receive, match, and maintain PO’s.
• Will process / overlook at customer billings.
• Will work/communicate with internal personnel to resolve 3-way match issues.
• Will assist the Accounts Payable department regarding vendor invoices.
• Will process/overlook customer credits and vendor return and debits.
• Will analyze and reconcile Direct Inventory entries.
• Will maintain & update manual and computer-based reports.
• Will complete various other administrative duties as assigned.
• Will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.
• Have an intermediate level accounts payable, billing or accounting experience required.
• Bring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Have intermediate MS Outlook and Excel proficiency required.
• Have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with a drive for quality and accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
