Job Details Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $ 14.25 - $15.25 hourly, 30-44 Hours per week

Benefits: Uniforms and name tags will be provided. Meals included.

Other Information:
This job requires flexibility on schedule on the customer traffic (e.g., weekday vs. weekend, low vs. peak season). The worker must be able to work on weekends, holidays and overtime. It is a remote location, Collingwood is a 2 hour drive from GTA.

-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
-Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
-Clean kitchen and work areas,
-Organize and manage buffets and banquets
-Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
-Follow recipes and presentation specifications
-Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
-Oversee kitchen operations
-Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
