Caregiver needed to support for a senior woman with a disability within her home.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.

Job requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

• Experience: 1 year minimum experience in senior (or medical needs) caregiving or care-related field.

• Criminal record check required

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available, Work in employer's/client's home

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Reliability

Specific Skills: Administer bedside and personal care, Assume full responsibility for household (in absence of householder), Feed or assist in feeding, Provide personal care, Provide companionship, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Prepare and serve nutritious meals
