Job Description The shift manager will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. They will determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, They will ensure health and safety regulations are followed and customers' complaints or concerns are addressed. They will recruit, train and supervise staff and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. They will establish work schedules, prepare and submit reports, supervise, and check delivery of food trolleys. They will estimate and order ingredients and supplies, They will ensure food service quality control, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
