Job Description Job Duties:
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Prepare doughs and batters
- Weigh materials to ensure the appropriate quantity
- Make stuffing and toppings such as whipped cream, custard, pastry cream, or icing cream
- Place pans in ovens and set oven temperature
- Make sure that the quality of products satisfies established regulation
- Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
