Canadian owned and operated Due West Clothing company is looking to hire a full-time Sales Supervisor to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a driven, independent, and knowledgeable individual who is ready to grow and thrive in their career. Ability to speak Japanese will be an asset.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Supervise online sales and handle client’s satisfaction section
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on the performance
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store both physical and online are maintained
• Developing Social media posts strategy
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies
