Salary: $38.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Job Description Skills
Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth strategies; Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors; Create and manage marketing templates for new business opportunities; Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers; Strategize and administer the firm’s marketing budget, Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors; Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers and construction managers, to market products and services; Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings; Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets and buyers.
