We are searching for a food service supervisor for our restaurant, this position will be full-time and permanent. Only 1 vacancy, job starts as soon as possible. 
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers
- Ability to supervise 5-10 people
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns and ensure customer service excellence
