Qualifications:

A minimum of
5 years of proven experience in the same capacity

Electro-mechanical
background
·
Excellent
knowledge and experience working on AutoCAD software
·
Proven
expertise in operations background for food & beverage production
facilities
·
starting and
working on production equipment for training purpose
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Duties:
Projects:
·
Coordinating
the equipment design layouts with the electromechanical designs
·
Marking on
drawings all the services points needed for equipment and coordinating the
specs and requirements with contractors
·
Rectifying
and modifying drawings as per site conditions
·
Managing and
controlling the sites for the installation process
· Starting and operating commercial kitchen equipment and do training for end users
Service after sale:
·
Preparing
the maintenance schedules for warranties
·
Draw and
provide AMC contracts for maintenance
·
Scheduling
and coordinating the daily maintenance work request
·
Train and
update technicians on new equipment and technologies in the industry
