- Monitor daily activities for all store services.
- Establish and supervise the high quality services to customers.
- Establish and supervise working procedures to staffs.
- Implement all sales activities to meet revenue targets accordingly.
- Control and order inventory.
- Manage daily transactions and cash flows, do accounting records, including
monthly payrolls for staffs.
- Developed new customer relations through telephone and personable
contact and marketing & sales activities.
- Maintain sales and inventory records.
- Plan and implement the recruitment of nail technician. Provide the training
of work and store's policy.
- Monitor and evaluate working of all staff members.
