Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our team and ensure the day to day operations of our office run seamlessly. This individual will handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the Administrative and Financial Departments of Intrahealth Canadian, New Zealand and Australian offices. Regular duties will include entry level accounting, managing office inventory levels, ad-hoc projects and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Responsible for AR, AP, banking and general accounting,
  • Maintain online and in-house filing system
  • Retrieving mail, Facilitating shipments
  • Managing office and kitchen inventory and tidiness
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills and Personal Attributes

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Proficient in Xero and / or Quickbooks

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proactive, analytical and solutions oriented

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong financial management skills

· Ability to work effectively under pressure or simultaneous demands
