Job location: Unit 105 – 106 2353 Peardonville Road, Abbotsford BC Canada V2T 6J7

Wages: $32.00 per hour

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Job Start: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

-Plan, direct and evaluate the operations in different departments at the shop like automobile paint department, auto body repair department, administrative department etc.
-Manage shop staff and assign duties.
-Determine staffing requirements at the workshop and may recruit new staff if required.
-May assist in preparing collision reports and files.
-Provide an estimate of expenses to the customers and relay the orders to the right department.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies and promote the shop.
-Understand and listen to the customer problems and try to resolve their complaints as soon as possible.

Job Requirements:

-Knowledge of English language is required
-Completion of high school education is required
-Minimum two years of previous work experience required in the same field.
