Salary: $15.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally in English is required.
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook in a restaurant is required.
Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
- Prepare, and present Appetizers such as Daikon Salad, Tuna Tataki, and Tsuke-Mono;
- Cook, prepare, and present Main Dishes such as Shio-Koji Soba, Omu-Rice, Cheese Stuffed Menchi Katsu Burger, Curry-Rice, and Jingisukan;
- Cook, prepare, and present Onigiri using Tuna, Saba, Zangi, and Kimpira;
- Cook, prepare, and present Sandwiches using house made Japanese milk bread with Spicy Chicken Katsu, Ling Cod Fish Katsu, Cheese Crusted Chicken, and Pink Shrimp;
- Cook, prepare, and present Donburi dishes such as Tonkatsu Don, Ling Cod Katsu Don, Hayashi-Rice Plate, and Vegan Tofu Don;
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
- Order supplies and equipment;
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
- Clean kitchen and work areas
