Wage: $15.20 Hourly, for 35 to 44 Hours per week

- 1 year or higher work experience OR completion of an equivalent training program

Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook food of the restaurant on the regular menu

- Order and receive ingredients such as raw materials and dry goods

- maintain accurate food inventories

- Perform operating procedures

- Inspect and clean food preparation areas as determined by law and restaurant policy

- -Maintain utensils in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use

- Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines
