Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $15.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally in English is required
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required
- 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant is required
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an asset
Job duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
- Train kitchen staff and servers in sanitation and safety procedures;
- Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of Dosanko Restaurant Inc.;
- Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
- Train staff in job duties;
- Ensure food delivery orders are properly handled by servers and kitchen staff;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for supplies and beverages;
- Order supplies and beverages, and ensure a healthy level of stock is always maintained;
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
