The A Group is looking for an experienced administrative assistant that can help the company grow. 

Job Vacancy: 1; Job type: full-time and permanent. 

Salary: $26.00/Hour with 35 working hours per week. Overtime: $39.00/Hour after 44 working hours per week.

Job Description

Candidate expected to perform duties such as: 

Determine and establish office procedures and routines,

- Schedule and confirm appointments,

- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries,

- Order office supplies and maintain inventory,

- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents,

- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information


Job requirement: 

- Language: English

- Education: College degree

- Work experience: at least one year relevant experience 

- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, ability to work in a fast-paced environment & attention to detail.
