Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Child's Age: School age (6 - 12 years)

1.     Tend to emotional well-being of child

2.     Take child to and from school and to appointments

3.     Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

4.     Prepare child for rest periods

5.     Supervise and care for child

6.     Prepare and serve nutritious meals

7.     Organize, activities such as games and outings for child

8.     Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development

9.     Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding child

10.  Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents

11.  Bathe, dress and feed child

12.  Help child with homework

Additional Skills:

1.     Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

2.     Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents

3.     Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties

4.     Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens

5.     Shop for food and household supplies
