Hotel front desk clerk Noc Code 6525
Revelstoke Gateway Inn offers clean, comfortable, and affordable rooms in a completely renovated motel accommodation. Currently, we are looking for a fulltime hotel front desk clerk to join us.
Job duties:
- Receive and manage reservation made online and telephonically by guests
- Arrange check-in and assign rooms to guests, inform special offers to guests if the hotel has
- Verify guests’ payment methods during check-in and make a payment
- Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
- Complete and maintain an inventory report to record room bookings and vacancies, or other related reports requested by management
- Complete and check daily report sheet
- Listen and respond to guest queries and complaints regarding to hotel services or other related services
- Manage conference room bookings and scheduling
- Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
- Handle check-out appropriately and present statements of charges to guests
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Wages & Hours: $16/hour 40 hours/week
