Full time Kitchen supervisor is responsible for following duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staffs and preparers
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for foods sold in the restaurants
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Employment requirement for the position:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in food preparation or service in a restaurant
• Completion of Secondary school

Skills required:

• Good communication skills to work with others
• Ability to work under pressure or/and in fast paced environment
• Ability to address customer’s complaints or concerns
