Location: Toronto, ON 

Salary: $15.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualification: 

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;

- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;

- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a pastry cook

Job duties: 

- Bake and prepare roll cake such as Matcha & Adzuki, Strawberry Shortcake, and Ontario Peach;    

- Bake cookies such as Dark Chocolate, Matcha White Chocolate, and Sugar Free Vegan Breakfast;

- Bake and prepare Blackberry & Blueberry Muffin, Ontario Strawberry Cookie Choux, and Shiitake Chawanmushi Quiche;

- Make sandwiches such as Ham & Brie, and Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese; 

- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;

- Order supplies and equipment;

- Clean kitchen and work areas;

- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
