Alberta Ink Inc. is an owner of a progressive custom tattoo studio in Lethbridge. Our Tattoo Studio has gained a reputation of the place with cutting-edge technique, industry-leading health standards and trusted family values honoring quality, integrity and creativity.

The company has immediate opening for experienced Supervisor for our Tattoo Studio located at 328 6th St. S. in Lethbridge, AB T1J 2C8. We are looking to hire one (1) Supervisor for full time permanent afternoon shift. The candidate’s duties include:

1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a Tattoo Studio.
2. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
3. Plan and review budget and inventory.
4. Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
5. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
6. Hire, train and supervise staff & artists.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years’ experience as a Manager in customer and personal services.
2. Overall understanding of the tattoo art, different tattoo techniques and skin features.
3. A keen eye for details and result-driven approach.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Number of vacancies: 1

Compensation: $32 per hour.
