Night Shift Supervisor

Megabite Pizza Graville is looking for a hard working, experienced full-time, permanent (40 hr) Night Shift Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule store staff.

·         Taking full responsibility of shift.

·         Estimate, prepare ingredients for daily dough and topping preparation.

·         Maintain stock, food hygiene, sales number of responsible store.

·         Train new team members.

·         Ensure that food and service meet company standard.

·         Plan and create new menu for store.

·         Assist preparing daily promotions.

·         Budgeting and calculating related cost of the store.

From time to time dealing with difficult customers in high stress environment.

And:

·         Completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

·         Strong interpersonal & leadership skills

·         High school diploma

·         Ability to work on a flexible schedule, early morning, late night, graveyard shift from 9pm to 5am

Remuneration:

·         $20 per/hr

·         2 weeks vacation
